You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing
your order for the 14 day free Trial of Super Goji Cleanse at
www.supergojicleanse.com. By placing your order for Super Goji Cleanse
at www.supergojicleanse.com you agree to be bound by the following
Terms and Conditions:

following terms and conditions:

When you order the free trial of Super Goji Cleanse, your credit card
will not be charged for a 1-month supply of Goji Cleanse only
$5.95 shipping and handling for a total of $5.95. You will have 14 days
from the date your product is shipped to decide if Super Goji Cleanse
is right for you. If you are enjoying Goji Cleanse, do nothing
and at the end of your 14-day trial period you will be charged the
discounted rate of only $49.95 for the bottle you received. If you find
Goji Cleanse is not right for you, simply contact customer service and
return the unused portion before the 14th day of your trial and you
will not be charged.
Approximately 30 days from your original purchase date and
every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 1-month supply
of Goji Cleanse and your credit card on file will be billed the
Member's Only price of $49.95 plus $5.95 shipping and handling for a
total of $56.90. That's 20% off the regular price for a 1-month supply
of Goji Cleanse!
You may cancel your membership at any time by simply
contacting our customer service department at www.supergojicleanse.com.
On the bottom left side of the webpage, you will find a customer
service link. If you wish to e-mail us, our e-mail address is
support@supergojicleanse.com. When contacting us, please include your
full name and order number. Please remember, most customers see very
noticeable results by using Goji Cleanse consistently for 3 months. The
number one reason diets fail is due to a lack of consistent routine. If
you are not serious about losing weight, please do not place an order
for Goji Cleanse.
By being an exclusive member of the Goji Cleanse Home
Delivery Program you will be entitled to discounted offers and
promotions that only members receive. There is no obligation to remain
in the Home Delivery Program, and you may cancel your membership at
anytime by contacting customer service.
Limit one Free Trial of Goji Cleanse per household. Once a
trial order is submitted, the $5.95 shipping and handling are not
refundable.
If you wish to return the product, you must contact
customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Without this number, we are unable to process any returns. All
product returns must be received in our warehouse prior to the 14th day
after the date your product was shipped. Refused deliveries or packages
marked "Return to Sender" will not be refunded or returned to the
member. Please make sure your full name and address appears on the
outside of the returned package along with your RMA number.
Super Goji Cleanse Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with Goji
Cleanse, I may return the most recent unopened bottle of Goji
Cleanse to the Super Goji Cleanse distribution center for a refund. I
understand there is a 14 day return period from the date my product was
shipped and I will be credited for the unopened package I return less
shipping and handling costs and the 15% restocking fee.
